Reservations
All reservations are subject to vehicle and chauffeur availability.
A reservation is not guaranteed until payment or the required deposit has been successfully received and you have received a booking confirmation from Epoch Transport Group.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel any reservation when necessary.
Pricing
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
Pricing may vary depending on:

Prices are subject to change until a reservation has been confirmed.
Payment
Payment is processed securely through our online booking platform.
Depending on the service booked, full payment or a deposit may be required before service begins.
Additional charges incurred during service (extra hours, waiting time, tolls, parking, cleaning fees, etc.) may be charged after the trip if applicable.
Cancellations & Refunds

Submitting a booking confirms your agreement with our refund policy.
Airport Transportation
Airport pickup times are based on your flight information.
Please ensure your airline, flight number, and arrival time are accurate.
We monitor flights whenever possible to accommodate delays.
Additional waiting time beyond the complimentary period may result in additional charges.
Waiting Time
Complimentary waiting time may be included depending on the type of reservation.
Additional waiting time is billed according to the service booked.
Waiting charges begin once the complimentary waiting period expires.
Client Responsibilities
Passengers agree to:

Provide accurate booking information.

Be ready at the scheduled pickup time.

Wear seat belts during travel.

Respect the chauffeur and vehicle.

Follow all local, state, and federal laws.

Refrain from smoking or vaping inside the vehicle.

Avoid illegal drugs or illegal activity.
Failure to comply may result in immediate termination of service without refund.
Vehicle Damage
The client is financially responsible for damage caused during the reservation, including but not limited to:

Vomiting
-
Food or beverage spills requiring professional cleaning

Burns
-
Broken glass
-
Interior damage
-
Excessive dirt or mud
-
Damage caused by passengers
Cleaning or repair charges will be billed to the payment method on file.
Vehicle Substitution
Although every effort is made to provide the reserved vehicle, Epoch Transport Group reserves the right to substitute a comparable or upgraded vehicle if necessary due to:

Mechanical issues

Safety concerns

Vehicle maintenance

Unforeseen circumstances
Delays Beyond Our Control
Epoch Transport Group is not liable for delays caused by:

Traffic congestion

Weather conditions

Road closures

Accidents

Flight delays

Government restrictions

Mechanical emergencies

Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control
Our team will make every reasonable effort to minimize delays and keep clients informed.
Safety
For the safety of all passengers and chauffeurs, we reserve the right to refuse or terminate service if a passenger:

Is excessively intoxicated

Is abusive or threatening
-
Becomes violent
-
Engages in illegal activity
-
Creates an unsafe environment
No refund will be issued if service is terminated for safety reasons.
Lost & Found
Epoch Transport Group is not responsible for personal belongings left inside vehicles.
If an item is found, we will make reasonable efforts to return it. Shipping or delivery fees may apply.
Third-Party Chauffeurs & Vehicles
To accommodate client demand, some reservations may be fulfilled by trusted transportation partners who meet our professional standards.
All partner chauffeurs are expected to provide service consistent with the quality of Epoch Transport Group.
Limitation of Liability
Epoch Transport Group shall not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services except where prohibited by law.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the reservation.
Privacy
Your personal information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We never sell your personal information.
Changes to These Terms
Epoch Transport Group reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
Changes become effective immediately upon publication on our website.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
